# Niotio

> Niotio is a web app for running Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys: create a campaign, add respondents, email them a 0-10 survey, and read NPS metrics and comments. English and Danish UI.

- REST API base URL: https://niotio.dk/api. Authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <API_TOKEN>`; users create tokens in the web app under Settings, and the raw token is shown once.
- CLI: the `niotio` binary drives the same API. Configure it with the `NPS_URL` and `NPS_TOKEN` environment variables (or `niotio config`). Add `--json` for machine-readable output; destructive commands need `--yes` when non-interactive.
- Webhooks (Pro and Business): campaign and case events are POSTed to your URL, signed with an `X-NPS-Signature` header.
- Plans: Free 0 DKK/mo (100 survey emails, 1 seat, Niotio branding); Start 299 DKK/mo (1,000 emails, 2 seats); Pro 499 DKK/mo (3,000, 5 seats, webhooks, detractor case workflow, opt-in overage 15 DKK per 100); Business 999 DKK/mo (10,000, 15 seats, white label, overage). Yearly = 2 months free. Prices excl. VAT. API and CLI on all plans. Paid plans are arranged by contacting us; no online payment yet.
